Data Governance Manager, Retail Banking

Our client is a leading banking group in Hong Kong. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Data Governance Manager to join their team, with a focus on their governance framework for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Data governance framework implementation for the business
• Implement data analytics strategy to reduce risk
• Collaborate with risk and compliance to ensure that internal and external regulatory requirements are met
• Work with other internal and external stakeholders to educate on the importance of data governance
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on data governance within the banking and FS industry
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential
