Data Center Operator (17k-23k)

Responsibilities:

• Execute recover procedures, and system restart.
• Maintain records of machine performance and production.
• Record equipment problems and place service calls.
• Operate the infrastructure and computers via centralized console, on-line or remote terminal.
• Ensure established procedures are being maintained.
• Support technical problems analysis and implement solutions in according to given instructions.
• Operate input/output devices such as tape drives
• Monitor supply inventory levels.
• Process batch jobs.
• Drive problem analysis and resolution for incidents that affects infrastructure operations.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring and distribute alerts to responsible groups of support.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or related role.
• Candidates with less working experience and fresh grad are also welcome if has data center internship experience
• Associate's degree or higher in computer science or related field.
• Good written and verbal communication ability in Chinese
