Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, consolidate, and maintain accurate costing and pricing data across the group, including APE and Global Price Lists.
  • Ensure all pricing information is properly organized, validated, and prepared for detailed analysis.
  • Produce timely sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, along with ad‑hoc reporting as required.
  • Transform raw system data into structured, actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Validate data completeness and accuracy before report distribution.
  • Share analytical findings with the Commercial team to support strategic and operational planning
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for management presentations and reviews.
  • Create clear, accurate, and visually compelling PowerPoint decks for internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in reporting metrics and analytical methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Dependable, consistent, and able to deliver accurate outputs under tight timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
  • Experience or interest in digital tools and modern data solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in Power BI or similar BI platforms preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, Python, or other data querying/programming tools is advantageous.
  • Programming experience using Python, SQL, or other languages is a strong asset.
  • Experience analyzing sales, pricing, margins, or product performance-ideally within a manufacturing or B2B setting
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales models and commercial operations.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience handling complex product portfolios and multi‑channel sales environments.
