Principal Consultant, Supply Chain & Procurement
My client is market leading consumer electronic company. Looking to enhance their customer service function, they are now in search of a Customer Service Specialist.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Handle hotline for customer / distributor technical support with accurate product knowledge
- Provide technical support to dealers, distributors, and customers in Hong Kong
- Support distributors / dealers with after sales-services, regular product training and product safety standards updates
- Collect feedback and generate technical report for other internal teams such as QA and product development
- Collaborate with other internal department to ensure customer satisfaction
To qualify, one must possess
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of customer service experience within the electronics industry
- Experience communicating with retailers, distributors or direct customers
- Caring and problem solving personality
- Good command in both spoken and written English and English
