Customer Services Officer (Up to 18k/ 5 DAY WORK)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels (e.g. agents, banks and brokers) via phone and email
  • Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


  • Form 5 graduates / DSE or above
  • A minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service field;
  • Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries examination preferred
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
  • Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word
