Customer Services Officer (Insurance, Up to 22k)

Job description

  • Handle phone calls and enquiries
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 day work from 9am to 5:30pm


  • Handle enquiries with excellent customer services manner
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned


  • Diploma graduate, with 2 years' customer services experience (Insurance, Banking industry preferred )
  • Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Detail minded, self-initiative and able to work independently
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
