Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Handle customer's enquiries and handle complaints regarding shipments and orders
  • Provide an excellent service to customer
  • Maintain CRM system

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above)
  • Minimum 3-5 year relevant experience
  • Only candidates with work permit with HK can be considered
  • Immediately Available or short notice is preferred

Job Offer

  • 25-30k/month
