Customer Service Executive, Life Insurance

Job description

Our client is a reputable insurance company with strong local presence. As part of continued growth and dedication to enhancing their customer experience, a new headcount has been created for a customer service professional to join Hong Kong team.

Reporting to team head, you will be an experienced member in the team to provide excellent customer service via hotline phone call or emails to customers, business partners and/or service providers, focused on Life Insurance. You will be responsible for creating a customer-oriented practices and ensuring efficient and effective communications.

To qualify, an individual must possess:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service / customer care / client servicing gained from Insurance industry
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
