About the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, reflecting the values of the hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer transactions and keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information.

About the Candidate:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
