Customer Service Engineer (Consumer Electronics | 25 - 28k)

Job description

My client is market leading consumer electronics company. Looking to enhance their customer service function, they are now in search of a Customer Service Engineer.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle hotline for both B2C customer and B2B distributor technical support with accurate product knowledge
  • Provide technical support to dealers, distributors, and customers in Hong Kong
  • Provide repairing support for simple product malfunction
  • Support distributors / dealers with after sales-services, regular product training and product safety standards updates
  • Collect feedback and generate technical report for other internal teams such as QA and product development

To qualify, one must possess

  • At least 4 years of customer service and technical support experience within the consumer electronics industry
  • Technical support experience with both repairing and hotline troubleshooting
  • Positive, independent with good communication skills
  • Proficient command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
