Customer Order & Logistics Manager (Manufacturer | 32 - 36k)

My client is a global industrial & chemical manufacturer. Looking to enhance their customer order and logistics function, they are now in search of a Customer Order & Logistics Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end customer order process from order entry to delivery for APAC clients
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Oversee day-to-day operations with 3PL partners, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delivery issues, and manage exceptions proactively
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to order status, delivery, and documentation
• Analyze logistics performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade requirements

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of order management, customer support and logistics management experience
• Experience handling international logistics and regional clients
• Experience within the industrial / chemical / pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
• Independent, problem solving mentality and team player attitude
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
