Credit Risk Policy

Our client, a leading retail banking group, is looking to add an AVP/VP Credit Retail Policy to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Credit Retail Product Policy and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Advise customers on the policy terms and conditions, payment options, and other related matters
• Process applications and assess creditworthiness of customers
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
• Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to the policy
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure policy compliance and optimal customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in credit retail policy management
• Strong understanding of creditworthiness assessment and payment options
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office and credit management software
