Credit Manager - Immed preferred

We are currently hiring a Credit Policy Manager for a financing firm. Our client offers a wide range of financing solutions to businesses and individuals, and we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. As a Credit Policy Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our credit policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor credit policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage the underwriting process and ensure consistent and fair underwriting decisions are made.
• Analyze credit data and make recommendations for changes to credit policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with credit reporting agencies, credit bureaus, and other industry partners.
• Provide training and guidance to underwriters and other staff on credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve credit policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to credit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit policy development and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
