Credit Control Assistant (HKD25k-32k)

About the client:

Our client is a leading international professional services firm, they are adding a new headcount to assist the Credit Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Credit Controller on debt collection, sending out reminders and following up with clients on outstanding debts, liaise with internal parties on AR aging reports
• Identify and resolve outstanding issue, alert the Management of potential risk to collections
• Prosses cash payments and processing collection receipts
• Prepare AR aging reports regularly
• Handle enquiries from external and internal parties
• Ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or client facing
• Excellent language (English and Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
