Costing Manager (MNC Manufacturing), 65k

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and keep up a thorough knowledge of all the organization's product's major cost drivers across all contract manufacturing partners
• Create and maintain a model to assess potential financial effects and returns and participate in company investment strategy
• Lead discussions with internal stakeholders about strategic costing plan
• Prioritize areas of investment and returns with the help of the operations and product development team
• Examine global labor and material indexes for potential effects on costing in the future
• Utilizing the aforementioned data, create and maintain a model to project future cost expectations over the short, medium, and long terms strategy
• Implementation of an effective costing model

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or other finance related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of costing experience in well-known companies
• Manufacturing background is a MUST
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, self-initiative and passionate
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Occasional travel is required
