Corporate Service Administrator

The Company:

Our client is an international law firm with headquarters in UK. They are looking for a Corporate Services Administrator to join their team.



Responsibilities:

• Handle daily communication and administrative issues pertaining to the designated portfolio of businesses and partnerships from lawyers, clients, and outside service providers
• Draft and submit business documentation to government organizations.
• Interpret agreements and resolutions from the board and shareholders and update the corporate records appropriately
• Manage internal databases and systems, such as ViewPoint
• Liaise with the Compliance Department to perform due diligence on prospective directors, shareholders, and associated parties.
• Examine any invoices related to the Portfolio and communicate with the client about their payment. Monitor any unpaid accounts receivable within the predetermined time frames.
• Responsible for administrative duties involved in closing a portfolio company.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 0-3 years of company secretarial experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
• Excellent written & spoken English, Chinese including Mandarin.
• Well organizational abilities, such as multitasking, time management and attention to details.
