Corporate Paralegal (up to HK$30k)

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices across the world, they are particularly renowned for its corporate practice, handling some of the largest and most complex corporate transactions.

The paralegal will assist in reviewing, drafting, and preparing legal documents for corporate, M&A, and investment fund transactions, while conducting company and legal research to support these deals. Responsibilities include preparing due diligence memoranda, verification notes, and prospectuses, as well as liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves handling tasks across multiple cases, including compliance work and the preparation of shareholder agreements.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree holder from law schools or LLB
• Minimun 1 year of corporate paralegal experience gained from law firms
• Excellent Chinese and English language skills
• Articulate, diligent, able to work under pressure and tight timelines, strong prioritization skill and attention to details
