Corporate Development Manager (Life Science), 50k

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct financial due diligence
• Prepare investment analysis, including capex analysis and actual performance
• Assist in ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or any related finance discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance or M&A function
• Background in investment banking / Big 4 / private equity are highly preferred
• M&A experience in Life Science is required
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
