The Company

Our client is luxury French jewelry company founded over a century. They are looking for a Controller to in preparing analysis of sales forecasts, quarterly business review and yearly budget for their NEA markets. This position reports to Head of FP&A.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and yearly budget for NEA market
  • Perform analysis during budget and forecast process
  • Assist in preparing budget and forecasts PowerPoint presentation
  • Act as Finance business partner work closely with management and departmental directors to support them on business decision making and resource allocation process
  • Review Brand's investment and approval (CAR) process. Drive and manage the investment proposal and handles analysis regarding procedure
  • Streamline and automate the operating process by coordinate with Regional Finance and IT to develop regular financial management reports and business analysis Work on transversal financial analysis for NEA markets
  • Review the existing reporting and budgeting process and identify streamline opportunities with the use of available tools, e.g. SAP Analytical Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, etc
  • Support ad hoc analysis required by management

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 7 years finance or accounting experience, ideally with 2 years financial planning & analysis or controlling experience of sizable MNC
  • Proficient in Excel, able to manage high volume of data with complexity accurately
  • Highly process-driven and systematic in approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Effective stakeholder management in matrix environment
  • Good Team player with challenging partnership
