Consumer Insight Manager, Leading FMCG Brand

My client is a leading FMCG brand. This position will work under the global team and focus on HK and MC markets.

Job Description:

  • Continuously monitor macroeconomic trends, consumer behavior, and category trends to identify future opportunities.
  • Support the development of Stretch plan and Innovation pipeline by providing foresight and competitive insights compared to competitors.
  • Take ownership of brand business insights and collaborate with the business team to drive data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Lead the identification of business issues and manage market research projects.
  • Communicate insights to key stakeholders and propose actions to address business challenges.
  • Contribute to brand portfolio development by creating effective tracking mechanisms for concept, product, and package performance.
  • Identify winning solutions and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the business team to ensure successful delivery of brand-related pipeline initiatives.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and summarize learnings for future improvements.


  • Degree holder
  • At least 7 years in related experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken of Chinese and English
