Consumer Insight Manager (Hospitality / Entertainment - 75k)

Job description

My client is one of the largest hospitality & entertainment MNC. Looking to further enhance their sales & marketing strategies, they are now in search of a Consumer Insight Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a small team of two members and drive continuous data collection and surveying to maximize understanding of consumer insight, marketing efficiency and industry change
  • Drive actionable insight development by integrating and segmenting data corresponding to business performance and commercial objectives for both HK and Greater China
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders including sales & marketing team, data infrastructure teams and external vendors to formulate topic specific strategies and insight
  • Utilize database and dashboard tools to provide supportive visualization and data for business relative initiatives
  • Coach team members to maximize usage of data tools and maintain relative update on industry knowledge, consumer behavior changes and data tools

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years of consumer data analytics and strategic insight management experience within the hospitality, tourism, airline or entertainment industry
  • Candidates from agency / vendors with strong business acumen would also be considered
  • Experience with data modeling and visualization using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python etc
  • Experience with consumer insight development from survey design, data collection, insight development
  • Energetic, positive, proactive and good communication skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
