Consultant/Senior Consultant - Banking & Financial Services

An exciting opportunity exists for high calibre individuals to join our Banking and Financial Services team in Hong Kong.
Our B&FS team recruits across Finance, Operations, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Sales and Marketing roles within a wide range of financial institutions. We have an established client base, strong brand and a proven track record in Hong Kong built up since 2001.

We are looking for a Consultant/ Senior Consultant with proven success to manage a robust pipeline of top talent and engaged clients. As we diversify our portfolio in the market, you will be responsible for new business development as well as growing current relationships. This role will report to the Divisional Manager and will have individual targets (and rewards!).
To qualify, individuals must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within Banking / Financial Services Recruitment. Strong revenue performers in other disciplines will also be considered
• Candidates with more experience & success may be considered for a Principal Consultant title
• Candidates with no recruitment experience can be considered if they have strong industry knowledge
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong drive to succeed
• Highly self-motivated and a desire for quick result
• Cantonese/Mandarin is ideal but not a pre-requisite
• Proven ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
