Job description

Our client is a well-established FMCG brand and they are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to drive their general trade sales development across Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets in general trade channels.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and conduct performance analysis to senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in general trade.
  • Self motivated, proactive and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
