Compliance Analyst - Risk & Control (up to 25K)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal controls to ensure daily operations align with the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Assist in conducting periodic risk assessments, control self-assessments (RCSA), and departmental health checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness within the Digital team and support staff training on compliance-related topics.
• Participate in regular compliance exercises, including RCSA, Internal Control Assessment (ICA), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Provide assistance during internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of projects related to control and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, internal control frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
