Compensation and Benefits Specialist
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing employee compensation and benefits. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Designing a Comprehensive Compensation Package:
    • Develop a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package aligned with our company's strategy and business goals.
    • Ensure compliance with current legislation related to pay equity and human rights.

  2. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Use various methods and techniques to make informed decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations.
    • Conduct organizational psychology surveys to understand employee motivations and engagement.

  3. Job Analysis and Classification:
    • Prepare job descriptions, conduct job analysis, and evaluate job roles.
    • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.

  4. Effective Communication and Metrics:
    • Deploy communication strategies to convey compensation information effectively.
    • Define success metrics to evaluate the impact of compensation programs.

  5. Stay Current with Trends:
    • Continuously research emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
    • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven min 5 years experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and analysis systems.
  • Previous exposure to organizational psychology and labor market surveys.
