Company Secretary, Assistant Manager (6 month contract)

Job description

Our client is an Investment Bank in Hong Kong. They are looking for a company secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of company secretarial duties by complying the rules and regulatory of Hong Kong
  • Responsible for annual documents, filings, maintain corporate secretarial records, legal documents & update statutory records
  • Manage portfolio companies including Hong Kong, offshore and PRC companies
  • Provide administrative support to the business unit as well as corporate transactions
  • Provide legal and regulatory advice and support for business initiatives and transactions

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or any related disciplines
  • Associate member of HKICS
  • 5 years' experience in company secretarial
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
