Company Secretarial Officer / Assistant (HK conglomerate)

Job description

Our client is a well established HK conglomerate with a strong global presence. With their rapidly growing business, they are looking for company secretarial officer / assistant to join their Group Legal and Company Secretarial Department.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in performing corporate secretarial function for Hong Kong and oversea entities
  • Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory filings
  • Maintain proper statutory books and records, statutory records and filings in compliance with Companies Ordinance, HK Listing Rules and other overseas statutory requirements
  • Prepare board / shareholders' minutes, resolutions, meeting papers and statutory forms
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Group Legal and Company Secretarial Department
  • Simple drafting and reviewing the facilities and bank opening documents
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, major in BBA and / or Corporate Governance or related discipline
  • Member of HKICS/ICSA is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in company secretarial field
  • Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
  • Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
