Company Secretarial Officer (Banking, 25-30k)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle full spectrum of company secretarial works for the Group companies, e.g. annual returns, board resolutions, minutes and authorizations.
  • Provide administrative supports to the company;
  • Assist in performing other functions and ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements

  • A university Degree in business administration related discipline
  • .Student Member of HKCGI Member is preferred;
  • Minimum 4 years company secretary experience in securities firms
  • Knowledge of investment banking and securities business is an advantage
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, innovative, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin and reading simplified Chinese
  • less experience may be considered as Junior Officer
