Job description


  • Provide comprehensive company secretarial support for the organization and its subsidiaries and joint ventures in Hong Kong and the PRC to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the formation and restructuring of group companies.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and shareholders meetings, company documents, annual reports, and other corporate communications and filings.
  • Supervise and manage a team of professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and effective secretarial records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Travel to other cities in the PRC as necessary.

  • Qualified company secretary with a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience. Alternatively, university graduates in other disciplines with at least 6 years of experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field will also be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of PRC company compliance, statutory, and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
  • Strong understanding of applicable laws, rules, and the Listing Rules in the PRC.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high level of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-driven, capable of independently managing projects.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
