About the Role:

  • Drive go‑to‑market plans across key markets, working closely with local teams, retail partners, and distributors.
  • Spot growth opportunities for the business and turn ideas into clear actions.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Partner with marketing and local teams to deliver campaigns that are well executed and deliver strong results.
  • Lead business planning with cross‑functional teams to hit sales targets and remove execution challenges.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Track results closely and take action to keep performance on target.

About the Candidate:

  • 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in FMCG, consumer health, or beauty.
  • A strong track record of growing sales with retail or distributor partners.
  • Solid business and financial skills, including P&L and budgeting experience.
  • A confident communicator and negotiator who builds strong relationships easily.
  • Experienced working across Asian markets, with good cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Excel to turn data into clear insights.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear, confident written and spoken communication skills.
