Client Service Officer - Corporate Banking (25K - 30K)

Job description


Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers (RM) in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits, account opening as well as maintenance of customer records and files.
  • Follow up on submission of clients' KYC/CDD documents and assist RM in reviewing the completeness of information required for KYC/CDD review.
  • Advising customers in completing account opening document accurately and assist RM in the account opening process.
  • Follow up on submission of periodic documents (e.g., KYC/CDD refresh, valuation reports etc) from clients or relevant parties, and assist RM to address queries on such documents.
  • Handle loan drawdown, renewal, repayment, cancellation promptly and accurately, and ensure records of these loan activities are maintained in the loan system accordingly.
  • Additional duties including ad hoc projects supporting Relationship Managers and team in sales and marketing.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 3 year of relevant working experience in a banking environment.
  • Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products is a definite advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is preferred.
