Client Service Officer

Job description

Duties:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and termination processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database and connected systems
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), record test outcomes clearly, and prepare supporting documentation including procedures, checklists and sign-off forms to facilitate smooth project rollouts
  • Respond to and resolve cash market and Stock Connect-related enquiries received through the Participant Services hotline
  • Participate in various assigned special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the financial services sector, ideally gained in Operations, Compliance, Client Services or KYC functions
  • Solid understanding of securities markets, with practical exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland China cash equities markets
  • Strong collaborative mindset and proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent self-management skills, including strong task prioritization, meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; additional knowledge of VBA and/or Power BI is highly advantageous
