About the Role

Acting as a key link between Front Office, Compliance, and clients, you will take ownership of the full onboarding cycle-from initial account setup to ongoing due‑diligence requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, handles documentation with precision, and communicates confidently with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Client Services function, you will:

  • Oversee new client onboarding requests and ensure all KYC requirements are met in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Analyse client ownership structures and review corporate documents to support due‑diligence assessments.
  • Execute a range of compliance checks, including AML/KYC reviews, screening activities, and regulatory classifications (e.g., Professional Investor, CRS, FATCA).
  • Validate account opening documentation and ensure internal records are complete and compliant.
  • Conduct name screening and support both periodic and event‑triggered reviews of existing clients.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to confirm document standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Prepare enhanced due‑diligence reviews and escalate high‑risk or PEP‑related findings where necessary.
  • Track onboarding milestones and follow up on outstanding items across teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to AML/KYC requirements.
  • Manage client static data and process maintenance requests.
  • Support process updates, team procedures, and ad‑hoc remediation or project work.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML, or related compliance functions within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex ownership structures.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator who is comfortable liaising with client‑facing teams and external stakeholders.
