Client Onboarding, Assistant Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, from initial contact through to the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance checks. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition for new clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for individuals, corporates, and financial institutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including compliance, legal, and operations, to gather and verify required documentation.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the onboarding process.
• Continuously improve onboarding procedures to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client onboarding, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FACTCA and KYC processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
