Client Manager - Legal / Due Diligence
Our client is a global professional services firm. Due to business growth, they are looking for a new Client Manager to add to their team.
In this role, you will be helping the firm's clients utilize their services according to the highest compliance standards. You will use your critical-thinking skills to monitor client requests, develop and implement process-oriented compliance policies as well as identify industry risks and potential business roadblocks. Lastly, you will create and delivery training programs to service delivery teams to ensure operational risks are mitigated.
At the intersection of legal and commercial spheres, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in operations, law or risk management looking to transition into a high-growth commercial environment.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2-3 year's work experience in consulting, operations, legal, risk or compliance
- Strong communication and articulation skills both verbally and in writing
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Mandarin an advantage
- Proficiency Microsoft Office, SQL, reporting mediums ie Tableau
