We are excited to announce that Citi Return to Work Program has been in launched and Ambition has been named an exclusive supporting partner.

Citi Return to Work is special talent initiative designed to support female professionals as they transition back into the workforce after a career break. You may have adjusted your career and taken an extended break to raise children, pursue a personal goal or care for a loved one. Whatever the reason, Citi has created this unique opportunity for you to return to work prepared and ready to embark on your next chapter.

As part of the 6-month structured program, professionals will have access to:

  • Citi onboarding sessions

Participants who successfully pass their probation will be offered full-time employment at Citi.

Who should apply?
To qualify yourself for the program, you will need to fulfil the following criteria:

  • Taken a career break of at least 2 years
  • Able to commit to the program timeline and attend all orientation sessions (program begins in mid-August 2022)
  • Possess several years prior working experience in financial services or related industries
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated to learn new skills
