Chief Operating Officer

Our client is a mid-sized HK based company with operations in Asia with view of further expansion globally. With a new business venture and target market being overseas, the Board is currently looking for an experienced and aggressive COO to join their leadership team.

Reporting to the CEO and Chairman, this is hands on role initially where you will build the structure and teams for this new entity, covering Finance, IT, HR, Corporate Services, Supply Chain and Vendor Management. You will establish international product procurement and distribution channels, identify and evaluate new store modelling. Working closely with the CEO and CFO , you will have full P&L responsibilities whilst constructing a solid platform for a new business and revenue stream, utilising fully integrated state of art technology.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years in a COO capacity with a growing business
• Prior experience in the F&B/ Retail industry is essential
• International market exposure is highly preferred
• Hands on approach; aggressive with a flair for Start Ups
• Superb English and Chinese language skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to travel internationally once permitted
