Card Partnership Manager, Virtual Bank

Our client is a fast-expanding virtual bank with diversified businesses in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in their card business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre partnership professional to join their business.

Reporting to the product head, you will be a key member of the team to develop and manage partnership for debit card business growth. You will source, develop relationship with potential corporate partners on business collaboration, partners' onboarding, contract negotiations, financial analysis, etc. You will manage partnership and drive financial delivery to ensure the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers and provide excellent client experience. You will keep abreast of latest market trend and customer behaviour to maintain bank's competitiveness in the market. You will coordinate with different departments, including Operation, Marketing and Distribution Channel and Risk and Compliance to support on the development of a successful partnership.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in partnership management/ project management/ product management in banking/ fintech companies/credit card industry
• Strong negotiations skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
