Job description

Our client is a multinational financial service company. They are looking for a junior HR focusing on campus recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment assignments for campus recruitment
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment services to hiring managers, from developing job description, sourcing candidates to on-boarding new hires
  • Organize and run internship program
  • Provide excellent interview experience for graduates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of HR experience with financial or insurance industry background
  • Excellent command in English and Cantonese
  • Fast paced, proactive and responsible
  • Proficient at Excel
  • Fresh graduate with excellent English level will be considered
