Buyer (Wholesale | 18 - 20k)

My client is long history wholesaler within the personal care product field. Looking to enhance their purchasing function, they are now in search of a Buyer.

Reporting to the Buying Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Perform administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the purchasing team.
• Monitor and update purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Maintain and organize purchasing records and documentation.
• Handle communication with suppliers regarding order status, discrepancies, and other inquiries.
• Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

To qualify, one must possess

• Diploma with at least 1 year of order management / purchasing experience
• Proficient user of MS offices
• Detail minded, patient with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
