Our client, a prestigious global insurance company with a strong presence in the APAC region, is expanding its Hong Kong business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct and facilitate impactful training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with the company's KPIs. Etc. classroom, virtual training, and eLearning production.
• Partner with other departments and the agency force to ensure smooth coordination of training activities.
• Develop and experiment with new training theories, and prepare detailed trainer's guides.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs on participants and follow up on their application of learned skills.
• Analyze course evaluations to refine and enhance training programs.
• Assist in the formulation of long-term plans, training structures, policies, programs, services, and practices to fulfill the training mission.
• Examine information, data, and resources related to training activities and present findings in regular reports.
• Compile and submit regular reports on training activities to management, following established guidelines.
• Participate in the complete process of eLearning production, with a focus on design.

Requirements:

• University or college graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong sense of course development, design, and evaluation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably native in Putonghua.
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3, and 5, preferably with qualifications in FLMI and CFP.
