Business System Analyst - Insurance Industry 45-56k

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new business e-applications and agency applications.

• Prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct UAT testing, ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with the development team to facilitate the design and implementation of technology solutions.
• Analyze and document system processes, workflows, and changes to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Strong domain knowledge of new business e-applications and agency applications.
• Experience in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and conducting UAT testing.
• Familiarity with insurance agency product teams and their processes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
