Business Operations Officer - Bank (20-25k)

In this role, you will be reporting to Manager, Business operations to support daily operations of the SME banking.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the bank, including deposit, including deposit and withdrawal transactions, account maintenance, and customer service
- Oversee the processing of loans, mortgages, investments, and other financial products
- Implement and optimize operational policies, procedures, and controls to enhance productivity and reduce risk
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and customer service to coordinate operations
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with banking regulations and industry best practices
- Train and manage a team of operations associates

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in banking operations or a similar financial services role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends
- Proficient with relevant banking software and data analysis tools
