Business Intelligence Manager, Virtual Bank

Our client is a fast-expanding virtual bank. With their continuous expansion in retail & corporate banking business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre data analytics/ business intelligence professional to join their bank under customer services centre.

Reporting to the Department Head, you will be a leading member of the team to drive data analytics to provide business insight to support on driving work performance within customer service centre. You will build performance dashboards and identifying trends. You will drive cross-function discussions based on insights drawn from the analytics and assist in formulating business plans. You will also carry out projects on expanding usage of data analytics results, as well as improving customer services performance within the business.

To qualify, the individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' experience in data analytics/ CRM/ Business Intelligence gained in Banking/ Financial Institutions
• Solid knowledge in data management with solid SQL & Tableau
• High adaptability, pleasant personality and great organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese
