About the Role:
- Proactively uncover new growth opportunities by executing strategic outbound campaigns across various platforms, CRM tools, targeted calling, and highly tailored email outreach.
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders within priority accounts, building meaningful relationships that fuel a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
- Assess and validate prospect fit using defined qualification frameworks, ensuring only high-potential, sales-ready opportunities are advanced to the closing team.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to deliver seamless opportunity transitions and maximize conversion success.
- Track and optimize outreach performance by maintaining accurate activity records and leveraging CRM insights to continuously improve results.
- Drive post-event engagement efforts, supporting lead capture initiatives and executing timely, high-impact follow-ups to convert interest into opportunity.
About the Candidate:
- Degree-qualified professional in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in commercial strategy and customer engagement.
- 1 years of experience in inside sales or outbound business development, with a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and drive measurable results.
- Confident and effective cold outreach specialist, skilled in initiating conversations through calls and crafting persuasive, high-converting email campaigns.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a digital-first environment, with hands-on experience using Mac OS and Google Workspace.
- Fluent communicator in English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency considered a strong advantage for regional engagement.
- Experienced in working with CRM platforms and Excel, using data to manage pipelines and track performance effectively.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-focused, thriving in fast-paced environments and consistently pushing to exceed targets.
