Business Development Manager / 35k base + comm
My client is a well-known FMCG brand in the paper towel sector. Looking to expand their market coverage, they are now in search of a Business Development Manager for the food services / B2B sector.
You will lead and execute the business development strategy within the food services / B2B sector. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and execute the business development strategies within the food services and B2B sector
- Identify potential clients proactively and understand their existing needs for paper towel products
- Build and maintain client pool through quality business development and account management to achieve sales target
- Coordinate with cross function teams such as marketing, supply chain and logistics to achieve business results
- Research, understand and analyse market trend to further enhance sales strategy
- Serve as the pillar and lead of the B2B sales sector with potential team expansion
To qualify, one must possess:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales experience toward the food services / B2B sector and the FMCG industry
- Experience handling any B2B accounts ranging from food services, HORECA, offices, schools, airlines or others
- Experience building up client pool from scratch
- Proactive, good communication skills and hunter mentality
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese And English.
