Business Development Manager, Insurance

Our client is a leading insurance company with a strong presence within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion in their business, they are looking for Business Development candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and penetrate into new accounts to drive new businesses
• Develop and execute business development strategies to enhance presence within different channels
• Maintain good relationship with existing partners, along with driving sales from them by providing excellent client experience
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate products are marketed to relevant customers
• Cooperate with other teams, including product, compliance, and operations, to streamline processes and ensure that all processes comply with both internal and external regulatory requirements
• Performing other responsibilities including ad-hoc projects to meet business requirements and drive business growth

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience within insurance sales/business development within either banking or insurance
• Preferably with IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, and 5
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
