Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to assigned accounts through agency or direct channels.
• Meet individual new business production and policy retention targets.
• Offer professional and technical expertise to agencies and clients.
• Gather and utilize customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team members or subordinates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in employee benefits.
• Strong communication skills with agencies and clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with agencies and clients.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST.
