Sales Manager - Building Materials ( Up to 500k per annual )

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Sales Director
• Develop new leads, arrange showroom visit and enhance clients record in CRM database.
• Responsible in Commercial Sector
• Experience in conducting business development activities with globally-based customers as well as PM firm.
• Be a team player in actively and leveraging opportunities with Sales team members to achieve company targets.
• Build up strong network with Copporate Clients, Designers & Contractors
• Communication and account management

Requirements

• University graduate
• At least 3-5 years of successful selling experience
• Experience in selling building materials preferably in partition or system furniture would be an advantage.
• Strong network with End users, developers & designers would be advantageous
• Fluent in both written & spoken English. Mandarin is a must.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
