Business Analyst / Project Manager - Brokerage (40-55K; Perm)

My client is a leading global brokerage firm with strong business in Hong Kong. They are expanding and looking for a high-caliber candidate as a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join them.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with legal, compliance, operations and trading teams on client queries
• Provide educational demo on new technology & reporting rollouts
• Conduct business analysis, workflow analysis and system requirement in support of company business plan
• Create business & functional requirement specifications outlining implementable solutions that will address business needs while keeping the client experience at front of mind
• Test deliveries are in line with business requirements & offer a positive user experience
• Engage staff to ensure delivered solutions are properly integrated into the daily account opening processes

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or similar;
• 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
• Good knowledge in securities or investment products. Experience related to investment, brokerage and/or private banking business would be a bonus
• Holder of professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma will be an advantage;
• A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects;
• To-do and to-learn attitudes towards work
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
